Observe the various plants in the garden and enjoy a discussion about the variation of leaf design: texture, shape, color, line. Then, press a variety of leaves into soft clay slabs and cut into tiles. Many tiles will be created in the first class and then painted and arranged on the second day to create a finished wall mosaic and work of art; inspired by Mother Nature’s designs. Class hours are 10 am - 4 pm on February 6, and 10 am - 2 pm on February 13.
A $20 materials fee will be collected by the instructor on first day of class.
