8th Annual Selby Instructors' Summer Showcase
June 6 - August 11, 2013
As one of America’s most renowned botanical gardens, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens offers horticultural classes throughout the year on various plant care and gardening related subjects. Selby also offers fun and diverse classes guaranteed to simulate your creative side. In addition to the prestigious Academy of Botanical Arts; which offers a certificate program in Botanical Illustration, additional class subjects include Beading, Creative Writing, Ikebana (flower arranging), Nature Printing, Paper-making, Photography, Stained Glass, Sumi-e Painting, Watercolor Painting, Yoga, Tai Chi and more.
This annual exhibit and sale showcases the artwork of many of Selby’s talented instructors and gives you a preview of the fun and interesting experiences waiting for you at the Gardens every week.

If you are curious about Selby's art classes, please join us at our weekly "Meet the Artist" sessions where you have an opportunity to meet our art instructors on Saturday afternoons throughout this exhibit.
