SUMMARY:Silk Painting Short Course – Morning Session
DESCRIPTION:Join silk artist Jamie Kirkell for a 2-hour painting-on-silk class where you will design and paint your own silk scarf.  This is a fun project, suitable for beginners or seasoned artists alike. Plus, you can choose the colors that suit your palette! If you can’t attend the 2-day workshop, this one’s for you! Choose either the AM or PM class. Both sessions are identical.   \nClass Fee\n\n$85 Members\n$105 Non-Members\n\n \nThings to Know\n\nChildren aged 12+ with a demonstrated interest in art welcome. \n\n\nGeneral admission is included in the course fee. We encourage you to stay and enjoy the Gardens after class. \n\n\nAll materials and supplies for this workshop are included in the tuition.  \n\n\nPlease bring color swatches or samples if you’d like to match a favorite color.  \n\n\nPlease check in at the Welcome Center at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. start time. \n\n\nWearing clothes and shoes that can get dye on them is recommended. Aprons will be available to borrow. \n\n
