Dancing in the Gardens

March 6 2020 to March 27 2020 · 9:00am  – 10:00am


Join us in the Gardens for a gentle guided workout based on the Nia fitness practice, which combines dance, martial arts and yoga. The class is adaptable for any age or fitness level. The four-series mindful movement session will help with increased energy, flexibility, balance and joy. Wear loose comfortable workout clothes, lightweight shoes (or can be done barefoot) and a towel for final stretch.

Winter Dance Pass
Valid February 7 through April 24, 2020 
This is an eight session registration option for students who want the freedom to come for eight sessions, but may not be able to attend them all in two consecutive months. The Winter Dance Pass offers students flexibility to choose any eight of the scheduled dance classes offered from February through April. Purchase Pass before Feb. 7 online HERE; after February 7, purchase in Welcome Center.
