Inspired by the countryside of Italy, this menu will showcase the best of locally-sourced organic, specialty and sustainably-raised products. Sprouting from those Italian roots, the wines are all produced using contemporary Biodynamic and Organic farming methods.

A casually-elegant, outdoor dining experience on one continuous table will be set for guests on the Gardens’ Great Lawn where you’ll enjoy fine wines selected by our own Michael Klauber that complement an extravagant, multi-course dinner personally designed by our own Chef Jamil Pineda!\
