In this two-part class you will make 1 gallon of wine starting with the whole fruit. In the first class you will learn how to prepare the fruit and start the fermentation of your wine. You will learn how to sanitize your equipment and test the acid and sugar levels of the juice. In the second class you will learn to “rack” your wine and how to prepare your wine for bottling at home. The techniques you will learn in this class will prepare you so you will be able to make wine at home with your choice of fruit. Everything you need will be provided.
