Read Aloud creates a safe place for children to explore diversity and inclusion through books.  The foundation of every Read Aloud is to shine a light on our differences and embrace them.  Empowering our youth to welcome all members of their community will reverberate positivity for future generations.

September is Hispanic Heritage Month, and we’re celebrating with a reading of Dreamers by Yuyi Morales! Dreamers is a celebration of making your home with the things you always carry: your resilience, your dreams, your hopes and history. It’s the story of finding your way in a new place, of navigating an unfamiliar world and finding the best parts of it. In dark times, it’s a promise that you can make better tomorrows.
