Dancing in the Gardens, Session II (Downtown Sarasota campus)
Join us in The Gardens for a gentle guided workout based on the Nia fitness practice, which combines dance, martial arts and yoga. The class is adaptable for any age or fitness level. The four-series mindful movement session will help increase energy, flexibility, balance and joy. Wear loose comfortable workout clothes, lightweight shoes (or barefoot) and a towel or mat for the final stretch.
