Introduction to Ink Illustration – Hosted by the “Academy of Botanical Art”

Come learn the art of pen & ink drawing from celebrity artist Olivia Braida, and let your inspiration be tomorrow’s masterpiece! 

 During this special, one-day, introductory workshop, students will receive a special tutorial on pen and ink techniques. Learn how to convey nature-inspired themes using specialized ink methodology, and meld contemporary and classical art styles. Using inks, students will learn how to draw, shade, shadow, blend, and so much more!  

Included in this class is a personalized drawing package, art lecture, drawing tutorials, and professional-grade ink and pens.  

Students will have a completed art piece to take home at the conclusion of the workshop. Open to all ages/experience levels. This workshop is off-site and does not take place at Selby Gardens’ campus.
