Noshing in Nature: Tequila Tasting and Succulent Science
Botany has never tasted so good! In this new series, learn the plants behind your favorite food and beverages and sample your way through the science.
For our next installment, “Tequila Tasting and Succulent Science,” join a master horticulturalist and a couple of tequila experts in an open dialogue about agave, succulents, and cacti. Then put your new knowledge into practice: sample different varieties of tequila, understand the complex flavor profiles, and learn how tequila is distilled.
