Yoga at the Point – January
Treat yourself to a peaceful mind/body yoga experience surrounded by the pristine nature of the Historic Spanish Point Campus. This class will focus on alignment, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Recommended supplies: water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable clothes, a towel, or yoga mat. Open to all ages/skill levels. For ease of transaction, drop-in payments should be made in cash.
Please check-in 15 minutes before for your class at the Welcome Gazebo.
First and third Thursday of each month, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Fee per drop-in class: $20
