Historic Spanish Point campus
The Historic Spanish Point campus is committed to making our experiences accessible to all who visit. However, due to the historic nature of the museum, some areas may present challenges to persons with disabilities.
Parking
There are designated accessible parking spaces in the parking areas.
Wheelchairs and wheelchair accessibility
We recommend that visitors bring their own wheelchair or mobility cart to Historic Spanish Point. However, one wheelchair is available on a first come, first serve basis for guests. The primary paths around the site are paved, but many secondary, historic paths are made of shell material. All buildings on our property are wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the second floors of Guptill House and White Cottage. Mary’s Chapel is not wheelchair accessible during standard operating hours; a wheelchair ramp is available for Mary’s Chapel during special events and weddings by request.
Service Animals
Selby Gardens does not allow pets on the Historic Spanish Point campus. Service animals providing assistance for visitors are permitted in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Personal Care Attendants (PCA)
Selby Gardens offers complimentary general admission to PCAs accompanying guests with disabilities during their visit.
Website Accessibility
The team at Selby Gardens endeavors to maintain a website that is accessible to all. To that end, we have implemented an accessibility tab in the upper-right corner of our website. Highlights of the feature include controls over font sizes, contrasts, image color, link highlighting, animation removal, and more.
