
Members Day at Historic Spanish Point Campus
Selby Gardens members are invited to be among the first to see Clyde Butcher: Nature Through The Lens at our Historic Spanish Point campus before the show opens to the public. To celebrate our members we will also offer several programs throughout the day to give guests an opportunity to learn more about Historic Spanish Point.
10:30 a.m. Vice President for Regional History John McCarthy will offer a walk and talk tour of Bertha Palmer’s gardens. Learn more about Bertha Palmer’s legacy and how her love for gardens influenced the campus you see today.
11:30 a.m. Learn about the incredible native butterflies that live in the Butterfly House at Historic Spanish Point. Selby Gardens’ Kirsten Dusseau will discuss ‘All Things Butterfly’ and offer a fun, family-friendly butterfly craft at the Butterfly House.
