Family Yoga at Historic Spanish Point
Bring the whole family to this gentle and calming yoga class with Christal of Infinity Yoga SRQ, set among the birdsong and rustling palms of the Historic Spanish Point campus.
This nature-inspired all-ages outdoor experience weaves mindful movement and breath work with joyful and relaxing screen-free time in a beautiful and one-of-a-kind Florida landscape.
Come as you are and leave feeling peaceful, balanced, and connected to both nature and each other!
- General admission is included in the course fee. We encourage you to stay and enjoy the Gardens after class.
- This class takes place outdoors.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket, refillable water bottle, and any items you will need to be comfortable in an outdoor setting such as sunscreen or personal insect repellent.
- Please arrive at the Welcome Center Gazebo by 10:15 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. start time.
Same-day registrations are welcome if space is available.
